Glare reduction
Glare reduction

The glare on your screen ends here.

Anti-glare window film reduces reflected light without closing your blinds or blocking your view.

The problem

Glare from south- and west-facing windows makes screens unusable, causes eye strain, and forces you to close blinds. Glare is particularly acute in home offices, living rooms with televisions, and open-plan commercial spaces.

The solution

Solar window film reduces the intensity of light entering the room without blocking it completely. A 50% VT film cuts glare intensity roughly in half while still allowing plenty of natural light. You regain your view and your screens become usable.

What you get

Benefits

Screens become usable again

Reduce glare intensity by 50% or more on televisions, monitors, and tablets facing windows.

No more squinting

Eye strain from reflected glare is eliminated without installing blackout curtains or repositioning furniture.

Keep your view

Unlike blinds or shades, film lets you maintain the view and natural light while controlling glare.

Works for home offices

Video calls no longer require closing blinds. Natural-light home offices become functional year-round.

Commercial spaces

Open-plan offices with floor-to-ceiling glass are dramatically improved.

Consistent comfort throughout the day

Film works regardless of sun angle. Morning east light, afternoon west light, controlled consistently.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much does window film reduce glare?
A 50% visible light transmission film reduces glare intensity roughly in half. A 35% VT film reduces it by about two-thirds. Most residential anti-glare applications use 50-70% VT films.
Will anti-glare film make my rooms too dark?
At 70% VT, film is nearly imperceptible. Most people cannot tell it is there. At 50% VT, there is a noticeable but modest reduction in brightness.
Is window film better than blinds for glare?
Film is permanent and passive. Blinds require adjusting throughout the day, block the view when closed, and collect dust. For chronic glare problems, film is the more practical long-term solution.
Does anti-glare film also reduce heat?
Yes. Every solar film that reduces visible light also reduces solar heat gain. Anti-glare and heat reduction are the same product.
